- All current plans (12 months · 1 screen, 18 months · 1 screen, 12 months · 2 screens): 30 days Satisfied or Refunded
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your guarantee period:

- Include your order email and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- The request is made within the guarantee period for your plan
- You have contacted support to attempt resolution first
- The account has not been shared or used in violation of our Terms of Use
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the guarantee period has expired
- Accounts suspended for terms violations
- Issues caused by incompatible devices or poor internet connection
